We want our coffee special, so we use our own special recipes to create the result you can taste in the Bonsai Café by Cake Line. 

The beans we choose are of course very important, but there are other details that contribute to the final experience in your Bonsai cup, like the coffee machine settings (grind level, amount of beans in one espresso shot) and the degree of maintenance of the coffee machine.

Then there is the quality of the water in the coffee machine, the milk we use, the temperature of the milk, the milk foaming techniques, and probably there is one more ingredient that influences the taste of your drink, the barista’s positive energy that day.

You can find a selection of regular tea, flavoured tea (Earl Grey, Lady Gray, and plain tea (green tea, black tea, white tea), but also herbal infusions (caffeine free) like redbush, camomile, peppermint or fruit along some speciality infusions (ginger, citrus). See drinks menu here.

Our cakes are based on fruit and we like using the best available ingredients. Seasonal fruit give the best flavour to fresh fruit-based cakes. Keep an eye on our website for updates on our seasonal offerings.

Yes, we offer low sugar cakes. We also offer dairy free cakes, eggless cakes, and cakes based on plant milk.
